After almost two decades, I can say that I do not have one hat, I have seven.
I have developed the ability to move between different teams, different topics, and different levels of complexity. I can speak with delivery teams, clients, sales, leadership, technical experts, and people managers, each in their own language.
That is probably my real superpower: understanding the issue, connecting the dots, and helping move things forward.
